UK broadcaster Channel 4 has set up a special fund for iPhone 3.0 development, according to an announcement. As a part of its 4 Innovation for the Public (4iP) project, the company is setting aside £100,000 (approximately $145,760) for developers looking to build games and other iPhone apps that serve its public purposes.
